All products form Visie Company are hand crafted through many hours to reach the higest standards of qyality before we send them to customer. Therefore, please ask us any questions you may have before ordering.

Customer can have an item request for a refund/exchange within 7 days. The item must be in its  brand new , unused condition to qualify with all  the original tag and packaging.

Do notice that you are responsible for all costs associated with the return of your products. Shipping fee, taxes (if applicable) and other cost that may incurred will not be refunded under and circumstances.

We reserved the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. The condition of returned items will be at the discretion of the exchange department upon receipt and  items must be in saleable condition to qualify. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address art our discretion.
